With over 21 years of experience in the real estate industry, I made the move to Orange Beach from Memphis in 2002 with a clear goal in mind – to dive into the world of real estate. The captivating Alabama Gulf Coast seemed like the perfect place to start, with its stunning location and the warm embrace of the local community. Little did I know that there was so much more to this area than just its beautiful beaches. The allure of the surroundings, combined with the genuine locals and the unique coastal lifestyle, make Baldwin County an enticing location for property buyers. As a local realtor, I feel blessed to be a part of this process.

In 2006, I obtained my accreditation as a stager, allowing me to bring my passion for interior design into the real estate realm. Leveraging my training and expertise as a stager, I assist sellers in preparing their homes for listing and builders in staging their model homes. I recently collaborated with a builder to successfully sell 36 new homes in Foley, and I’m currently involved in a new subdivision project in Summerdale with the same builder. Whether it is helping buyers decorate their primary residence or preparing a vacation home for rentals or second home usage, I thrive on the challenge of enhancing a property’s features through cost-effective design changes. Staging plays a crucial role in expediting sales, often resulting in higher selling prices and increased rental demand for vacation properties.
