Gerald has been a resident of Estes Park for 32 years.  He excels in technology and making buying and selling real estate easy.  He has done three successful developments as a partner and helped several other developers with their projects in Estes Park.  Estes Park is a small community, so he is experienced in commercial, residential and second home properties for Buyers and Sellers. 

He received the Legend Award while affiliated with Prudential Real Estate which is the top 3% of all agents in North America for five years.  He has served as Estes Park Board of Realtors President, two terms as the Colorado Association of Realtors Director.  Head of the Technology Committee for the Estes Park Board and for The Colorado Association of Realtors.  Served on the Board of Directors for three years on the Summit County Board of Realtors.  Served on the Hospital Board as Secretary. 

Gerald founded Team Realty in 1995 and has been Managing Broker of the office since.  He graduated from Kearney State College with a BA and an MBA from University of Nebraska at Kearney.  He has the following designations: GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) , CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), CRB (Certified Residential Broker) , CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), RPS (Resort Property Specialist).
