Joe Simms, a licensed Realtor since 1979, excels in marketing residential real estate and investment properties, consistently achieving MULTI-MILLION DOLLAR PRODUCER status. During his tenure with Century 21 from 1979 to April 1999, Joe was honored with the prestigious CENTURION AWARD, a recognition earned by only 2% of Century 21 agents for outstanding performance. His achievements were highlighted in the April 7, 1997 issue of Business First Newspaper as one of Louisville’s top-selling agents.

Committed to providing exceptional service, Joe received the Quality Service Award from Century 21. Joining RE/MAX Professionals in April 1999, he has been a consistent member of the 100% CLUB, reflecting his dedication and sales efforts. In March 2003, after just four years with RE/MAX, Joe was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, an exclusive acknowledgment for high-producing RE/MAX Sales Associates.
