1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Elite 100 Agents website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms, you may not use our services.
2. Membership
Membership in Elite 100 Agents is by application only. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of Elite 100 Agents. Membership is limited to 100 agents per geographic market. Membership fees are non-refundable once an application has been approved.
3. Member Obligations
Members agree to maintain active real estate licensure in their designated market, uphold professional standards of conduct, and provide accurate information in their directory listings. Elite 100 Agents reserves the right to revoke membership for violations of these obligations.
4. Intellectual Property
The Elite 100 Agents name, logo, badges, and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Elite 100 Agents. Members are granted a limited license to use approved branding materials for the duration of their membership.
5. Limitation of Liability
Elite 100 Agents is not responsible for any business decisions, transactions, or outcomes resulting from membership or directory listings. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate membership with 30 days' written notice. Elite 100 Agents reserves the right to terminate membership immediately for cause, including but not limited to license revocation, ethical violations, or non-payment of fees.
7. Modifications
Elite 100 Agents reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
